"After some recent frustrating experiences with remote, switchboard-style support from my last provider I decided to find a local insurance agency. Very glad I did. Ryan at the agency was pleasant, patient, consultative and just all around helpful. Ryan made the experience feel personal, like having a conversation with a friend, but still very professional. That made me TRUST him and the Lindsay Brown agency, and that's critical for me with insurance.
